PLAYER WATCH-IMPACT PLAYERS

Josh Gordon’s long awaited return has finally come and all I have to say about him is that he led the league in receiving yards while being suspended for two games and catching passes from 3 mediocre at best quarterbacks. The Browns existing receivers are meh, so look for Gordon to real in target after target. GET THIS MAN IN YOUR LINEUP!!!

Dear Jonas Gray owners,
I’m sorry to inform you that any dreams you had of him becoming a consistent contributing member of the New England Patriots’ offense have now been crushed. The Patriots have just brought back LeGarrette Blount which clearly shows that Bill Belichick does not trust Jonas Gray to handle the between the tackles carries by himself. If Gray was a risky play before, this pick up makes him even riskier. Vereen owners need not worry (except about the usual Bill Belichick shenanigans) as the Blount signing will have very little impact on his role in the offense.

The already unpleasant backfield situation for the Minnesota Vikings just got a little murkier with the signing of Ben Tate. All season long Jerick McKinnon has handled the work between the 20's and Matt Asiata has handled the redzone work, leaving them both with minimal fantasy value. The Vikings offense is just not high powered enough to support two running backs in fantasy never mind three. Though Ben Tate may not make much of an impact this week as he is not familiar with the offense yet, he will certainly diminish whatever minimal value both backs had over the remainder of the season.

Adrian Peterson is pretty much completely done for this season, and can safely be dropped all across the
board. What little hope we may have had for the star running back's return was diminished this past week with his season long suspension. Look for Peterson to make a big splash on some NFL team next season.
